The five-star Hotel Granbaita Dolomites is located in the heart of Selva Val Gardena, in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. Owned by the Puntscher - Perathoner family for over 60 years, the alpine retreat opened its doors in 1961 and was radically reconstructed by the third generation in 2019. After the final phase of the renovation began in 2024, the hotel is set to relaunch once again on the 12th July, unveiling a refreshed and refined exterior with the addition of revamped garden rooms completing the design story.
Running through the hotel interiors are deep, rich colour hues paired with natural materials, a mainstay of the hotel’s opulent style. Combined to create a cosy, atmospheric space, guests are invited to sample Italian cuisine at the main restaurant or indulge in a signature cocktail or two at the modern bar area accompanied by live music. In the intimate gourmet restaurant, enjoy a menu inspired by the culinary traditions of Trentino, Alto Adige, curated by Chef Andrea Moccia. The hotel features six different room and suite categories, designed with the same colour palette with both comfort and style in mind. As well as immersing in a raft of activities such as hiking, skiing or biking, guests can relax and refresh in the 2000sqm Savinela Spa, an oasis of wellness complete with a sauna, swimming-pools and traditional spa treatments.
