This role has arisen as we transition from a Traditional PR agency to a fully integrated Traditional + Digital PR and Content agency.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior digital marketeer with a strong understanding of travel & tourism to help grow the agency and shape our offering.

What You’ll Do:
Developing a new division
Set up, develop and grow the Content &Search team at Lemongrass. This means that initially you will need to bring in new business and implement these strategies yourself until we have enough business to be able to employ further specialists. We are offering off-page and on-page SEO, but will work with you to see whether we should also be offering technical SEO services inhouse.
A huge part of this role will be to develop and implement strategies and workflows that enable the PR Team to formulate PR strategies that are based on search and audience insights.
Oversee the entire marketing function for Lemongrass – develop and implement suitable content, social, paid and PR strategies to win new business. Team support is available but limited, so we are looking to you to oversee, implement and coordinate all marketing outreach. We currently use Hubspot and Mailchimp, but are looking to better integrate the marketing with the lead generation function. We are also planning on launching a new website in 2022.
Work with the Senior Management Team to develop new product offering (Content, Digital PR – how this integrates with SEO)
Lead pitches from start to finish and bring new business over the line. Our focus is on bringing in more sustainable, outdoor/adventure/wildlife/cultural travel clients and tourist boards.
Develop operational procedures for new product offering so that the specialist consultants work together in a seamless, integrated and profitable way.
