Isabel Kelly

A natural collaborator, Isabel is dedicated to delivering strategic success through an organised and creative approach.

Isabel first joined the Lemongrass team as an intern during her final year of university in 2018. Some 7 years later, Isabel rejoins us after gaining experience across the TV and retail industries. She launched her career in PR and marketing at Discovery Channel, where she worked across factual & sport brands, later managing the B2B2C marketing of Discovery’s streaming service.

Most recently, her time working for The Bicester Collection included commercial partnership management, where operational excellence was a key focus for her. Her role later expanded into project managing global brand initiatives with a focus on destination marketing.

Whether managing stakeholder relationships or crafting compelling copy, Isabel thrives on turning challenges into clear, actionable plans.

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys reading a good book and throwing herself into some weekend DIY.

What is a Carbon Commitment?

At Lemongrass, we advocate for carbon pledges, personal commitments to reduce emissions within our organisation. We believe in collective efforts to combat climate change and aim to achieve net zero by 2038. Each team member has pledged specific actions to reduce carbon emissions, reinforcing our shared commitment to sustainability and bringing us closer to our net zero goal. Isabel’s Carbon Commitments:

  • Commitment to reducing carbon footprint by carpooling whenever possible to and from the office.
  • Limit the intake of red meat to reduce carbon footprint and choosing locally sourced produce whenever possible.
  • Continue to promote Lemongrass's sustainable travel practices internally and externally, advocating for responsible resource consumption and lower-carbon travel options.
